Room Temperature Hatha Studio…

This studio is exclusively located at our Manchester Mills location.

Our Room Temperature Studio is maintained at approximately 70 degrees and does not use infrared technology. This space offers a comfortable environment without the intensity of traditional heated or infrared classes.

This studio is ideal for those who prefer a more moderate temperature, are sensitive to higher heat, or want a grounding, comfortable practice.

We recommend dressing in layers. Many students enjoy bringing cozy socks or a light sweatshirt to put on during rest, especially for Savasana, so they can fully relax and settle into stillness.

As always, we encourage you to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

  • Yes. Drink the water. Hydrate before, sip during, and replenish after.

  • Yoga mat (or rent one), water bottle, towel, and an open mind.

  • Yes! All levels are welcome. We offer modifications and encouragement every step of the way.

  • Not at all. Flexibility comes with practice.

  • Yes! Your Humble Warrior membership works at all our locations.

  • Our cancellation policy for in-person classes: Please cancel your class or waitlist 8 hours before class. This policy is to ensure that everyone who would like to can get into class, while still respecting your life and what may come up. There is a $20 for late cancellations, $25 for no-shows.

  • Yes. We honor your time and our teachers’ time. Doors close when class begins—let’s go! Students may not enter class more than 5 minutes late for safety and to avoid disruption.

    • Arrive 10–15 minutes early if possible.

    • Silence your phone.

    • Be kind to yourself—every day feels different.

  • We have 4x/month and 8x/month memberships, which have a 1-month minimum commitment; Unlimited plans have a 3-month minimum commitment. Unlimited memberships has an early termination fee: $100. The Unlmited membership includes 1 guest pass per month.

  • We have Manduka mat rentals for your convenience. The fee is $3.
