Yes, all classes at this location are heated with an infrared heating system. The heated environment supports muscle activation, circulation, mobility, deeper breath awareness, and detoxification. Expect warmth, sweat, and strength-building movement, as well as moments of healing infrared heat in our slower more restorative based classes as well!

No experience needed.

Beginners are always welcome. Teachers offer clear guidance, options, and reminders that rest is always available. If it’s your first class, arrive early and let the front desk know so we can support you.

For our power classes, a basic knowledge of our classes is helpful if you are new to yoga.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat

• Water

• A towel

We also have mats, towels, and retail items available for purchase.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first visit. This allows time to check in, set up, and settle before class begins.

Late entry not be permitted once class has started.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the app. If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified.

Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend so others may join.

Our cancellation window is 8 hours.

We have a $20 late-cancellation fee if cancelled inside of the 8-hour window and a $25 No-Show Fee. This policy helps us support our teachers and maintain consistent, full classes.
