Our Kittery studio is just over the bridge from downtown Portsmouth, an easy trip whether you're coming from Eliot, York, or the New Hampshire side of the Seacoast.

You don't need experience to walk in the door. Just real infrared heat, flows that build strength and clear your head, and a community that means it when we say all levels welcome. Want something different? Pilates, Slow Flow and Yin round out the schedule for days you'd rather slow down. Not sure about the heat? Infrared is gentler than it sounds, most people ease into it by their second or third class.

Around here, it's about showing up and finding your own magic on the mat.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, all classes at this location are heated with an infrared heating system. The heated environment supports muscle activation, circulation, mobility, deeper breath awareness, and detoxification. Expect warmth, sweat, and strength-building movement, as well as moments of healing infrared heat in our slower more restorative based classes as well!

    Hydration is encouraged.

  • No experience needed.

    Beginners are always welcome. Teachers offer clear guidance, options, and reminders that rest is always available. If it’s your first class, arrive early and let the front desk know so we can support you.

    For our power classes, a basic knowledge of our classes is helpful if you are new to yoga.

  • Please bring:

    • A yoga mat

    • Water

    • A towel

    We also have mats, towels, and retail items available for purchase.

    We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first visit. This allows time to check in, set up, and settle before class begins.

    Late entry not be permitted once class has started.

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the app. If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified.

    Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend so others may join.

  • Our cancellation window is 8 hours.

    We have a $20 late-cancellation fee if cancelled inside of the 8-hour window and a $25 No-Show Fee. This policy helps us support our teachers and maintain consistent, full classes.
