Warrior Power

Explore your edge in this heated practice that links breath to movement, tones and strengthens muscles, increases vitality and stamina, clears the mind and leaves you feeling empowered, grounded and connected. The foundation of Power Yoga is the practice of Ujjayi or “victorious” breath which heats the body, calms the nervous system and centers awareness in the present. Warrior Power includes opportunities for arm balances, inversions and dynamic transitions. Expect to sweat, be challenged, and emerge with a renewed sense of self. This dynamic all-levels class is designed with experienced practitioners in mind, offering opportunities to refine, explore, and amplify your practice. Warrior Slow Flow is designed to bring you into a state of deep presence and mindful movement. In this slow, rhythmic practice, you'll focus on refining your foundational poses while connecting each movement to your breath, creating a meditative and intentional flow. This class is all about slowing down, tuning in, and truly embracing the present moment. Our carefully curated playlists set the tone with grounding, intentional, and expressive vibes, enhancing your practice and helping you connect on a deeper level. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, Warrior Slow Flow offers modifications and challenges to meet you where you are in your journey. Expect dimmed lighting to create a soothing atmosphere. You'll leave class feeling grounded, centered, and completely rejuvenated.

Warrior Energy Flow to Yin
A Transformative Journey of Power, Healing, and Balance
Energy Flow to Yin isn’t just a class—it’s a transformative journey that rejuvenates the body, inspires the mind, and heals the soul. In the first half of class, instructors weave awareness of the Chakras (energy centers), Koshas (energy body layers), or the Elemental energies through a dynamic vinyasa flow and offer deep, extended Yin Yoga stretches that release tension in the hips and spine during the second half of the class. Hands-on assists and Reiki may be offered and are always optional for students to choose to receive. This experience will challenge your strength, balance, and focus. It awakens your energy and centers your spirit, leaving you feeling uplifted and renewed.

Warrior Sculpt
This class is a perfect bland of Power yoga poses with light weights, blocks and bands! This high energy class will be set to fun, upbeat music. It’ll help boost your metabolism and build lean muscle. Expect poses like crescent lunge with bicep curls, goddess squat pulses, table top with rows.....maybe even some bodyweight cardio bursts! If you love yoga and you love a good workout, this class is for you! Set at 94 degrees this class will leave you sweating and ready for the day.

Warrior TRX
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. In this fusion class TRX and strength will be combined for the coolest, strongest workout around! Heated to 90!

Yoga Under the Stars
A sensory journey
Immerse yourself in a truly magical experience with our Yoga Under the Stars class. This slow, mindful flow will guide you through each pose with grace and intention, allowing you to build strength while feeling a sense of freedom in every movement. Transitions between poses become a gentle dance, bringing both body and mind into harmony. The room is dark, illuminated by a stunning projection of stars that heighten your awareness and enhance the sensory experience. As you move, the warmth of the infrared heat, set at 94 degrees, helps your muscles release and opens your body to deeper relaxation. Class concludes with a blissful aromatherapy savasana, a cool lavender towel, leaving you refreshed and renewed. This class is designed to be a soothing escape for both body and mind, creating a peaceful and uplifting journey under the stars.

Led by our incredible teaching community—ranging from new teachers to our OG instructors and everyone in between—you’ll experience a class that’s truly for everybody. Humble Yin to Nidra
Yin Nidra unites two powerful ways to relax with the combination of the two styles: Yin and Nidra. You will be guided through some yin yoga postures to help deeply lengthen your muscles and connective tissue encasing joints and all muscle, helping improve joint mobility and overall flexibility. Nidra means “consciuos sleep,” and is described as the mental state between wakefulness and sleep. Students lay on their backs and are guided through a methodical relaxation series. As mental and physical rest begins, students are invited to give themselves a positive affirmation or suggestion to meditate on throughout the exercise. The class ends in blissful, relaxed silence. It is very common for some students to drift off to sleep for a few deeply restorative minutes in this class.

Candlelight Yin and Reiki
Step into the tranquil glow of candlelight and experience the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga, enhanced by the gentle healing energy of Reiki. This calming, meditative class is the perfect complement to an active yoga routine, focusing on releasing tension and increasing flexibility, particularly in the hips. Through supported postures, each held for 3+ minutes, you'll gently stretch the deeper layers of connective tissue, promoting profound relaxation. In addition, you’ll experience Reiki, a subtle energy healing technique that helps clear energetic blockages and restore your body’s natural flow. Reiki promotes balance and deep relaxation, adding an extra layer of calm and healing to your practice. Whether you're looking to balance a vigorous yoga routine or seeking stillness, Yin Yoga & Reiki offers a peaceful retreat from the rush of daily life. Humble Restore
Come with an open heart, and smooth the edges.
This calming, nurturing Restorative class is designed to release tension, align and create space in the whole body. Expect long, supported holds to calm and regulate the Nervous System. These classes use all the props—bolsters, blocks, and straps - to allow your body to melt into relaxation. Classes end with a guided meditation or yoga nidra to leave feeling completely restored. The class will be finished with aromatherapy Savasana. Enjoy the benefits of candlelight to end the evening in a dreamy way with all the props.

Power Pilates
Using Pilates principles, Warrior Power Pilates class is a challenging, full-body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 94 degrees. Power Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the joint impact of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. Expect bumpin beats, sweat dripping and the absolute best time. Bring your mat and towel and lots of water!
