Prenatal Yoga and Mommy & Me at Humble Warrior

These class are designed to support you through every season of motherhood, from bump to baby and beyond. Our prenatal classes focus on safe, strengthening movement, breath work, and deep relaxation that help ease common discomforts, prepare your body for birth, and give you space to connect with your baby and your own inner wisdom. Once your little one arrives, our Mommy & Me classes invite you both onto the mat for gentle movement, core and pelvic floor support, and sweet moments of bonding in a baby friendly environment where feedings, fussing, and snuggles are all welcome. Surrounded by a community of other parents who truly get it, you will leave feeling seen, supported, and a little more like yourself again..
