Finding ways to ease your soul…
It is crucial to find ways and use the tools that work for you to find relief whenever and wherever you can. A tool that we all have at all times, no mater what is out breath. We must remember to breath fully. When we take a deep breath and pause, filled with healing life force, then we take the inhale and slowly breath it out for an exaggerated exhale, it sends a direct message to our dear old friend…the MIND to calm the fuck down.
Your goal should be to make this breath feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
The practice of Yoga is to create space within the physical body. To settle the mind and purposely make the connection with the body. To be curious about the movements in your body with the movements of the breath.
Together we breathe in, together we breathe out.
