Humble Warrior is honored to partner with Yoga and Action for a free class in a beautiful non heated space. This class is put on through Yoga and Cancer (Heal Program of Yoga in Action)

When: Fridays, Humble Warrior Manchester 

Time: 10:30  - 11:30am, In Person and Virtual 

Instructor: Heather DeAngelis 

Where: 155 Dow Street, Suite 102. We are located on the Commercial Street side below Fratellos. Parallel parking available between the building and Commercial Street. Take the short staircase up to Humble Warrior. Metered parking is also available.
