Body Reading with Patrick Beach
Understanding the Body, Expanding the Practice
Join us for a 4-day in-person workshop that weaves together the physical capacity of our bodies with theory, metaphor, and a fresh perspective on yoga asana. This course offers an opportunity to explore how postures can be adapted to meet individual needs, fostering strength, comfort, and support in daily practice.
Find joy in being yourself within the yoga practice and uncover the magic that comes through self-appreciation and self-acceptance. This experience encourages you to explore your practice more deeply and connect with your true essence.
Through daily asana practice, hands-on learning, and group collaboration, you'll cultivate a student-centered approach that values awareness and connection over rigid adjustments or perfection.
