Chelsy Mungere


  I initially came to my yoga mat as a way to balance an active lifestyle and quickly realized the benefits far exceeded a good stretch. I was hooked immediately as it provided a space to calm my overactive mind. As I went through difficult life experiences my mat became my safe space. In order to share my passion I became a certified yoga instructor and later trained to teach pilates.

   I aim to teach in a meaningful and inclusive way in which everyone feels encouraged and supported. Planning and preparing classes and playlists is such a fun creative outlet for me. Most importantly I want to guide my students to find more balance in life and on and off their mats. It truly is inspiring and such an honor to teach and practice alongside others. Off my mat I am a proud mom, wife and educator. I feel most at peace in nature whether in the woods or by the water. I look forward to guiding you on your mat, namaste!
